Talent Acquisition Coordinator-Government <HR3>
Talent Acquisition Coordinator required for a Provincial Government Agency. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition Consultants through maintaining the Applicant Tracking sheet, sending and tracking email correspondents with external and internal candidates, posting jobs both internally and externally of various job boards, maintaining invoices, scheduling team meetings, scheduling testing/interviews and preparing the testing/interview packages for internal and external candidates. Assist in the management of various aspects of the recruitment process, evaluate/screen profiles of candidates/applications, facilitate the testing of internal and external candidates, interview candidates with hiring parties using various interview techniques (behavioural, situational, competency, etc.), conduct professional reference checks, verify employment/qualifications and complete criminal background process for candidates. Assist in preparation of offer/contracts letters and communicate with unsuccessful candidates. Ideal candidate must possess a Post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management or related field. Must possess strong administration skills. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess strong time management and prioritization skills. Must possess strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
