Job Description: 

Support Analyst for a provincial government office to provide technical and analytical support to users. This role will provide supports Learning and Development staff and teams in the use of the Learning Management Systems to create and modify learning activities.  Supports the development and management of the user database in the LMS by maintaining and ensuring the integrity of the data and maintenance of any user related data changes  Will assists LMS end-users in the use of the LMS by identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical problems and providing software application support.  Will identifies, analyzes and resolves technical issues related to tools that facilitate the systems administration of the LMS.  Successful candidate must have knowledge of Learning Management Systems and related software, processes, practices, techniques, and tools to be able to provide technical and analytical support to LMS end users and LMS Service Management staff.  Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.  Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communications skills to be able to understand and provide solutions to technical problems.  Ability to conduct research to be able to troubleshoot and resolve .  Knowledge of Ontario government information and information technology strategies, plans, standards, and directives.   Those interested in this position please email
