Job Description: 

Project Manager required to provide technology and business initiatives to Provincial Government employer. Responsibilities include managing organization’s project plan, budget and targets on a tight schedule. Facilitate project missions, goals, tasks and resources requirements. Develop risk assessment and risk reduction programs. Coordinate various stakeholder teams and manage data analysts. Develop briefings and reports with recommendations. Manage project funds and resources allocation. Coach and guide team members. Provide clear direction and motivate project teams. Present oral and written reports. Evaluate progress of project on a regular basis. Ideal candidate must possess a bachelors’ degree in Project Management or related studies. Must have over 10 years’ experience in Project Management. Must have extensive experience in managing agile teams and working with vendors and stakeholders. Must have extensive experience in managing risks and assessing risks. Must have extensive experience in managing multiple software applications such as Business Intelligence tools. Must have knowledge in understanding project management, Agile methodology, strategic analysis, change management, corporate strategy and stakeholder management. Must be able to successfully direct and lead project teams. Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Jira and SharePoint. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
