Job Description: 

Seeking a Project Coordinator to support architects for a large construction project with a government client.  Will be working closely with senior architects in the design and initial stage of construction.  Will review and access floor plans, shop drawing and design documents. Responsible in scheduling and coordinating with senior management, engineers and architect. Will be participating in construction site visits as necessary. Must have experience in project management and architectural design. Must have previous experience in project management, consultant management, and the tender process is enhanced by construction contract administration skills. Must have a working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, as well as local and municipal by-laws for buildings and signage. Strong proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project and/or comparable software.  Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
