Job Description: 

Junior Recruiter/Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support busy HR team.  Will be posting and monitoring jobs on various advertising venues; creating and distributing e-newsletter campaigns; assisting HR consultants with candidate research and maintaining a client relationship management database.  Must have excellent, professional phone manners and professional presentation, as this position is client facing.  Must be comfortable with outbound calling to both candidates seeking employment and to potential employers.  Must have the ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.  Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.  Must have strong writing skills to assist with business proposals.  Must have strong research skills and excellent judgement.  Will be working in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities.  Excellent introductory work opportunity.  Looking for a bright, motivated university graduate interested in obtaining professional work experience.  Those interested in this position please email jobs@marberg.com
