Job Description: 

Interim HR Director for a large government agency in North GTA. This role will be responsible for the strategic planning, forecasting, implementation, and evaluation of all workforce planning, development and retention strategies Will provide expertise in forecasting staffing need; identifying critical job titles and classifying jobs; collection of data and analysis to generate reports on work volume and projected staffing needs.. Will use workforce planning tools (scenario modeling/planning, supply & demand forecasting, trend analysis, predictive modeling) to provide insight and recommendations on workforce plans. Successful candidate must have completed the CHRL designation. Must have 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Strategic Workforce Planning. Must have advance proficiency MS Word and Excel. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with various management levels.
