Job Description: 

Human Resources Administrative Assistant required for a Provincial Government Agency. Will be responsible for scheduling interviews and confirming interview appointments. Coordinating the recruitment selection process, coordinating accommodation requirements from candidates, and advises them of the outcome of a competition. Organizing and proctoring selection tests by providing testing instructions to candidates, printing tests, managing the time of the tests. Ensure all recruitments competition files, documents and databases are updated accordingly. Supports responses to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner, while building trust and establishing credibility. Ideal candidate must possess a Post-Secondary education. Must possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be organized and have high attention to detail. Must be able Adapt quickly and work well under pressure. Must be able to work independently and exercise great judgement.
