Job Description: 

Opportunity for a HR Specialist to assist in compensation and pension programs for an Association employer in Toronto. Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of compensation, pension, job evaluation and performance management. Develop processes and approaches by translating goals and policies into effective business strategies. Administer and process HR initiatives and programs. Provide policies, practices and HR program recommendations to senior Manager. Assist HR Manager with researches and related Human Resources System. Ensure payroll information is processed in a timely manner. Work with external consultants and service providers for new work processes. Ensure HR plan aligns with departmental initiatives and organization strategic plan. Ideal candidate must have at least 5 years' of HR Compensation & Pension experience. Must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Must have C.C.P or C.H.R.L designation. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
