Job Description: 

Business Analyst required for Provincial Government. Responsibilities include understanding business change needs and assess impact of changes. Analyze and document business cases and follow up on all results. Implement management plan for projects and communicate with stakeholders on project progress. Plan and monitor projects by providing updated status to Portfolio Project Manager. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. Perform quality assurance to ensure successful completion of analytical tasks. Report on technical issues and make recommendations as necessary. Communicate and interpret technical and operational issues to technical staff. Deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences with clear and concise communication. Must have previous experience with business analysis and COTS implementation. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and presentation skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and SharePoint.
