Job Description: 

Excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Permanent Sales and Operations Manager to provide strong leadership and negotiation skills to a new well establishment employer in Downtown Toronto. Responsibilities include providing day to day management of sales and operations. Providing excellent customer service to current and new clients. Coordinating and managing various departments. Coordinating the prices and distribution of goods. Monitoring sales performance and implement improvements. Reviewing financial data relating to sales. Recruiting new candidates and train new hires. Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in related studies. Must have at least 2 years' experience in sales and management. Experience in Property Mangement or related field is an asset. Must have good organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
