Job Description: 

Bilingual Receptionist required for a provincial government office. Responsibilities will include greeting visitors, client’s and callers, determines the nature of their business, answers inquiries, provides information and takes messages, and directs them to the appropriate person(s) or place(s). Will prepare and receive courier packages. Will be preparing letters, spreadsheets, presentations, memoranda. Successful candidate strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have basic knowledge of word processing (i.e. Microsoft Word) and email systems. Excellent entry level position with the government.
