Bilingual Receptionist-Government <BIL1>
Bilingual Receptionist required for a Provincial Government office. Responsibilities include having to receive and direct telephone calls and visitors to appropriate staff and taking messages when necessary. Receive and distribute all incoming mail and courier deliveries. Prepare all outgoing mail and courier packages. Order and maintaining office supplies. Provide backup support to administrative assistants internally. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry. Ideal candidate must be Bilingual in French and English and be able to communicate fluently in both languages. Must possess excellent oral communication skills and customer service skills with great phone etiquette. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
