Seeking a Bilingual Call Centre Agent for a well-established Financial Services Firm. Responsibilities will include preparing and handling inbound & outbound calls to/from shareholders. Will be reviewing shareholder meeting information circulars and other proxy related material. Will provide administrative and clerical duties as required. Must have excellent communication skills in both French and English. Must possess minimum of 1 year Call Centre experience. Must possess previous customer service experience. Must possess fast and accurate data entry skills. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel is an asset. Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
