Responsibilities include processng invoice and expense administration for projects; organizing and management of team events. Supporting the marketing and business development departments. Working with the recruitment team and develop job postings. Assisting with other duties as required. Ideal candidate must be fluent in English and French. Must have 1-3 years Administrative Experience. Must have excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
