Job Description: 

Sales Administrative Assistant required to provide administrative support to well-established Private Manufacturer in Toronto. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to Sales Department and senior managers. Greeting and assisting guests with all inquiries. Answering calls and transferring calls in a professional manner. Emailing and mailing customer invoices. Maintaining sales files and distribute sales reports. Stocking kitchen and boardroom supplies. Assisting managers with other duties as required. Ideal candidiate must have minimum of 3-5 years Sales Administrative Assistant. Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must have excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
