Job Description: 

Receptionist/Administrative Support required for a professional association in North York. Responsible in providing administrative and customer service to prospective applicants, current applicants, members and the general public. Will be entering data into database, ensure accuracy and perform necessary updating. Will conduct verification checks to ensure completeness of application files and request missing document(s), when necessary. Prepare the applicant files for assessments and forward them to the appropriate department. Will be undertaking additional duties, as requested. Must have a university degree or equivalent education. Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.  Strong proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
