Job Description: 

Opportunity for a full-time permanent Property Assistant to provide reception and administrative duties for a Real Estate Investment Firm employer in Toronto. Responsibilities include greeting visitors and answering inquiries. Recording in-person visits in a report log. Answering incoming calls in a professional manner. Responsible for making service calls and ensure maintenance repairs are handled. Distribute company and community-issued notices. Ensure property invoices are approved and paid within a timely manner. Assist in lease transactions by gathering applicant's history and credit approvals. Ideal candidate must have previous Receptionist and Administrative duties. Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have strong attention to detail.
