Job Description: 

Opportunity for a Mailroom Clerk for well-established Insurance Firm. This role will be responsible in processing incoming mail and sorting mail by categories; picking up and delivering letters and packages; recording, logging and prioritizing mail. Will be providing accurate information on shipping forms and ensure mails are delivered to the right person; applying correct postage stamps for outgoing mail; arranging outgoing mail for courier services. Responsible for lifting and moving heavy items. Keeping mail room organized by arranging mail and packages in designated place. Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 60 pounds. Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
