Job Description: 

Financial Assistant required for a Financial Services Firm. Responsibilities include assisting senior staff with organizing projects. Review client files for clean-up, checklist for compliance, update Excel spreadsheets, clear up database on Microsoft Access. Provide other administrative support: answering phone calls, managing schedules and arranging meetings, drafting correspondence. Ideal candidate must possess a post-secondary education or equivalent experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Access and other Office suite applications. Must possess the ability to set priorities and work under pressure. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess a strong attention to detail and be self-motivated.
