Job Description: 

Opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to a C-Level Executive for a Major Multinational employer in Mississauga. Responsibilities include coordinating the Executive agenda by scheduling travel arrangements and business meeting. Manage the Executive expense reports and assisting with company correspondence. Manage ad hoc mailings to customer. Assist with implementing projects and attend company meetings. Plan and implement office policies, standards and procedures. Schedule vendors and follow up on work results. Provide orientation and training for employees on office rules and regulations. Ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ of related work experience. Must have a Bachelors’ degree. Must be able to travel occasionally. Must have excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
