Job Description: 

Seeking for an Executive Assistant for a well-established Financial Sector employer. Responsibilities include managing various administrative tasks for the CEO such as managing busy calendar appointments, arranging travel plans, itineraries, agendas and compiling related documents. Managing the Board of Directors and Committees’ related activities. Preparing expense reports, transcribing and preparing confidential correspondence. Coordinating senior management team meetings and booking venues for events. Assisting with other executives and business managers are required. Candidate must be graduated from recognized secretarial or office administration course with legal background. Must possess 5 to 10 years of previous experience supporting C-Level Executives. Must possess strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
