Job Description: 

Executive Assistant required providing a wide range of administrative and executive support to the Chairman and other C level executives as required. Responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating meetings including facility and venue booking, catering and technical requirements, booking appointments and managing calendar. Will draft letters and other documents.  Will be tracking expenses accurately by managing credit cards and receipts. Will coordinate complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas for both domestic and international travel.  Will provide facilities management for the executive office.  Will attend to personal errands as required. Candidate must have 5 to 10 years of previous experience supporting C-Level executives. Must have completed a University Degree or College Diploma. Must have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. Must have strong polished verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, as well as with external contacts. Must have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional phone demeanor. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Must have the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with Mac computers an asset.
