Job Description: 

Seeking for an Executive Assistant for a large Regulatory Organization. Responsible is providing support in departmental databases to ensure accuracy and currency. Preparing and editing internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass emails; preparing annual, monthly and quarterly management and regulatory reports through meeting minutes, presentations, and registration related hearings documents. Will preparing annual budgets, various expense reports and monitor invoices and expenses. Will support the Director in organizing and taking minutes of advisory committee and other meetings. Will be managing Director’s calendars and meetings by providing support in scheduling departmental meetings.  Responding to phone and email enquiries with general information and referring enquiries to appropriate sources.  Providing confidential administrative support and handling confidential information and material.  Preparing legal documents, reports, policy papers and revise or edit agreements.  Candidate must have at least 5 years’ administrative experience in corporate/legal/regulatory environment.  Must be graduated from recognized secretarial or office administration course. Must possess excellent oral and written communication.  Must be organized and have high attention to detail.  Must be skilled in preparing legal agreements and other complex documents.
