Job Description: 

Executive Administrator/Project Coordinator required for Social Enterprise employer. Responsibilities include coordinating all office activities and operations while maintaining confidential and sensitive information. Maintain databases, generate reports, check emails, and send prompt replies. Develop project plans, project proposals and statistical financial plans. Analyze risks and opportunities by evaluating and interpreting data. Hold status meetings and provide updates to manager. Prepare and execute presentations and proposals. Coach project team members. Monitor progress and review all aspects of projects. Assist staff with other duties as required. Ideal candidate must possess completed degree in Business Administration or related studies. Must possess previous office administrator and project coordinator experience. Must be able to lead a team. Must possess excellent time management skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
