Opportunity for a Documents Clerk to classify and organize documents for a well-established Technology Firm, downtown Toronto. Part-time hours, weekday mornings. Ideal position for student looking for part-time administrative work. Responsibilities include scanning and proofreading documents. Photocopying various documents. Entering data on the computer from various documents. Handling the distribution of documents. Coding and labeling files with accuracy. Faxing information as required. Assisting with other duties as required. Ideal candidiate must have previous clerical experience. Must have knowledge of filing and archiving systems. Must have strong verbal and written communication. Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have strong attention to detail with accuracy.
