Job Description: 

Coordinator required for a provincial government agency. Will lead the coordination, conceptual development and delivery of a special event. Maintain ongoing communications with members of other management bodies and answer inquiries. Will create and manage the event plan and daily event schedules; develop documentation and presentation materials for guests of the program into clear, strategic narratives.  Will be working with procurement events staff to identify requirements and secure contracts for hotel rooms, event space, meals and transportation for members. Must have proven experience coordinating and delivering events for external stakeholder groups. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.  Must have highly-developed oral and written communication skills with a customer-service focus. Must have strong proficiency in MS Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
