Job Description: 

Opportunity for a Sales Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for well-established Manufacturing Company in the East GTA. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to Sales Department and senior managers. Greeting and assisting guests with all inquiries. Answering calls and transferring calls in a professional manner. Emailing and mailing customer invoices. Maintaining sales files and distribute sales reports. Matching purchase orders, invoices and file daily. Assisting managers with other duties as required. Ideal candidiate must have minimum of 3-5 years Administrative Assistant experience. Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must have excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
