Job Description: 

Administrative Assistant required for a Not-for-Profit organization. Responsibilities include supporting employees and the Vice President. Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Managers and the staff. Preparing and composing correspondence, memos, reports and presentations. Making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and arranging conference calls. Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering office supplies as required. Maintaining filing system and preparing mail and courier materials. Making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and arranging conference calls. Coordinating branch schedule and unit activities with other units. Drafting standard correspondence such as briefing notes, memos and letters. Ideal candidate must have 5-8 years' experience in administrative support roles. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
