Job Description: 

 Excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support a Financial Services Firm in Downtown Toronto. This role will be responsible in greeting and welcoming visitors at the office. Will answer all visitor inquiries in a professional manner.  Responsible for boardroom readiness and meeting materials; organize catering for meetings and other office functions; responsible for scheduling company events, restocking of office and kitchen supplies. Will provide assistance in troubleshooting and resolving issues with printers, scanners, and internet connectivity failures. Will optimized file management system for accuracy and quick retrieval.  Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.  Must have 2+ years’ experience in the administrative field.  Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Outlook, excel and Adobe Acrobat.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently in a fast pace work environment. Excellent full time permanent opportunity.
