 Opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide assistance to a well-established Investment Firm employer in Toronto. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments on Microsoft Outlook. Preparing correspondence, memos and reports. Writing and responding to email inquiries. Assisting with on-going projects as required. Maintaining a filing system and scanning documents. Assistant with other administrative duties as required. The ideal candidate must have previous Administrative Assistant/Receptionist experience. Knowledge of general office procedures. Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
