Job Description: 

Administrative Assistant required for Provincial Government. Responsibilities include assisting organization with telephone calls and email inquiries. Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, scanners and computer. Prepare content material and information packages for tourists and visitors. Liaise with third parties to develop marketing and advertising materials. Produce promotional material and displays. Create detailed itineraries using Microsoft Office and computer software programs. Research travel procedure and destination information on the Internet. Create and maintain database records. Provide administrative support to management and other staff. Must have knowledge of general office. Must have knowledge of office equipment. Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer software programs.
