Job Description: 

Seeking for a Technical Services Representative to support 2 RIBO licensed brokers. Responsibilities include delivering professional expertise on personal, commercial, home and auto insurance to clients via in-person, on the phone and over the internet. Schedule meetings, follow up with clients and make scheduled call backs to customers. Recommend various types of insurance by analyzing customer needs. Provide clients and new clients with accurate information to inquiries, concerns and requests. Identify problems and resolve inquiries and concerns through taking corrective steps. Handle clients’ claim assistance reports and input accurate data on computer systems. Record important details of customer contacts and actions taken. Process accurate records of client information on the computer by verifying account information. Assist staff members with other duties as required. Must possess proper phone etiquette. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Must possess excellent time management skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer software programs. Valid RIBO license an asset.
