Job Description: 

Order Entry Clerk required for a packaging industry employer. Responsibilities include handling customer orders and inventory using SAP. Entering data on SAP and processing purchase orders effectively and efficiently. Taking down customer information to process orders and ensuring payment information is accurate. Coordinating incoming materials for delivery and creating outbound purchase orders for shipment. Preparing accurate invoices and shipping documents. Ideal candidate must possess 3+ years’ experience in customer service. Must possess knowledge in SAP, computer and database systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills. Must possess high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
