Job Description: 

Financial Analyst required for a Provincial Government Agency downtown.  Will partner with other areas of the business and division to improve the delivery of IT and/or process solutions.  Will act as a bridge between the department and IT, by creating and documenting business and functional requirements.  Will provide guidance and expertise to the AP/AR and capital assets team on the effective use of system resources, including Oracle ERP.  Will contribute to the development of a test strategy for all system/process changes.  Will coordinate with the project group to complete project requirements.  Will coordinate testing of new processes, documenting change, and team training.  Will conduct value stream analysis and process reviews to optimize work flow.  Will support other team members to achieve business objectives and provide client services.  Candidate must have a post-secondary degree in business.  Must have strong knowledge and experience in Oracle ERP system as well as specific expertise in any of the following Oracle modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and iExpense.  Must have solid experience with system development life cycle.  Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy.  Must have experience in creating functional requirement documents.  Must have excellent skills and ability to conduct workshops and meetings with business functional groups. Must have strong analytical skills and effective leadership style.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication, planning, and organizational skills.  Those interested in this position please email jobs@marberg.com
