Job Description: 

Seeking for a Financial Analyst for a government agency to work on setting up new company accounting system. This role will analyze monthly results by understanding business initiatives and seasonal drivers in order to prepare monthly commentary. Prepare a reporting package with KPI’s, graphical presentations and dashboards for review with senior management. Will assist with month end close process; assist with budget vs actual and prepare monthly journal entries.  Candidate must have an Accounting or Finance designation (i.e. CPA) or have the designation in progress. Must have advanced or Intermediate level in ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Ability to demonstrate experience working with complex financial statements. Strong presentation, verbal and written skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher). Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
