Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Translation Coordinator-Government
Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Translation Coordinator required for government office, downtown. Will coordinate translation requests for the ministry; liaise with translation suppliers, administer translator invoices, track translations/prepare statistics, provide reception coverage, respond to telephone inquiries; read and respond redirect to email inquiries, and other administrative duties as required. Experience maintaining a database an asset. Proficiency in MS Office 2010 (Word, Outlook, Excel) required. Successful candidate must be bilingual (French & English), have excellent telephone manners and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
